Training & Coaching

We spin indoors at the shop every Monday and Wednesday night during the fall/winter season, and Mondays only during the spring/summer months.

B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Bike)

Trainer Jeff DeLaVega is an experienced road racer and triathlete looking to extend his experience to those willing to work hard and advance their training. This is a one hour "ON YOUR BIKE" indoor session focusing on a different aspect of cycling muscles each week. This is a great supplement to your outdoor training plan. Ask anyone that has attended the class for awhile and had to take a break for whatever reason, and most likely they would tell you that their performance loses ground without this class.
Bring a towel, water and a trainer if you have one. If you don't own a trainer, one can be provided. Trainers are limited, so please call in advance to reserve yours. Each class is $10.00, which as you know if you have ever hired a coach, THIS IS AN AMAZING DEAL AND OPPORTUNITY!

Cost: $10

Our Monday and Wednesday night spin class was developed to help beginner through near pro. We do a specially developed series of agility drills targeting specific aspects of cycling (climbing, sprinting, etc.). Meet at 6:15 p.m. at the shop and the workout begins at 6:30 p.m.
